Management of an Accounting Practice

NECPAs' Management of an Accounting Practice (MAP) Community meets monthly and serves as an advocate, resource and representative for members, supporting the effective management of their accounting practices. The community fulfills its mission by:

  • Developing insights on MAP issues through community discussions and collecting practice management data via the bi-annual Texas/PCPS Survey and other research efforts.
  • Organizing the annual New England Practice Management Conference, which attracts 200+ firm leaders and offers advanced education led by national experts.
