18th Annual Women to Watch Awards
June 02, 2026
Recognize a Society member who has made an outstanding impact on the accounting profession, their workplace, community and/or the advancement of women as leaders. While the program is called Women to Watch, we welcome nominations of individuals of all genders who are dedicated allies and advocates for supporting women in the profession.
As we transition to the New England Society of CPAs, MassCPAs also welcomes nominations from members of the Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont CPA societies.
Awards are presented across three career-stage categories:
- Emerging Leaders – Professionals with 2–8 years of experience
- Experienced Leaders – Professionals with 9–14 years of experience
- Trailblazers – Professionals with 15+ years of experience
Criteria for nominations can include (but are not limited to):
- Active involvement with the Society
- Mentoring of other professionals
- Leadership or involvement in workplace initiatives and improvements
- Overall contributions to the profession and workplace
- Public or community service
- Involvement with their alma mater or other colleges and universities
Nominations will be accepted through Friday, July 9. To nominate a phenomenal member in the profession, click here.
This year, we're also introducing a new nomination platform designed to make the process easier and more flexible—allowing you to start your nomination, save your progress and return at any time before the deadline. Please note: you will need to create an account to access the nomination platform and submit your nomination. New this year, nominees will also have the opportunity to provide additional information about their accomplishments, experiences and contributions to help support their nomination.
Winners will be selected by a panel of past award recipients and MassCPAs leadership, and will be recognized during our Women's Leadership Summit on Tuesday, October 29, at the Marriott Newton.
