MassCPAs is pleased to announce the recipients of the 2025 Women to Watch Awards, recognizing outstanding women in the accounting profession. The awards are given in three categories: Emerging Leaders (professionals with 2–8 years of experience), Experienced Leaders (professionals with 9–14 years of experience) and Trailblazers (professionals with 15+ years of experience).

She has built and led the firm’s marketing team, launched innovative programs that strengthen business development, and positioned marketing as a key driver in a traditionally conservative industry. Beyond her firm, Logan is deeply involved with MassCPAs, serving as co-chair of the Marketing Committee and helping lead programs, webinars and events that connect and elevate accounting marketing professionals across the state. Kathryn is deeply involved in recruiting and mentoring students from her alma mater, as well as coordinating community service initiatives and firm-wide training events. The Women to Watch Awards were created by the AICPA to recognize outstanding women in the accounting profession and are given in two categories: Emerging and Experienced Leaders.
