Workforce Training Express Fund
If you are a Massachusetts based company, your upcoming CPE with NECPAs could be FREE, thanks to the Massachusetts Workforce Training Express Fund, which provides resources to Massachusetts businesses to fund training for employees.
Effective April 1, 2026, the state began accepting applications with the following eligibility guidelines for the Workforce Training Express Fund:
- Maximum reimbursement of $15,000 per organization per calendar year
- $3,000 cap per employee per course
- Organizations with fewer than 100 employees can be reimbursed for 100% of training costs (employers with 51–100 employees were previously capped at 50%)
- The maximum General Program training grant award has increased from $125,000 to $200,000
NECPAs is a recognized training provider! This means all seminars, conferences and Customized Team Trainings qualify for reimbursement. Please note: webinars and on-demand programs do not qualify under this program. Visit our website to browse the full list of offerings or contact Tyler Dion at tdion@necpas.org with any questions.
